Mr. Hull also has significant experience representing clients in oil and gas matters in Lycoming, Sullivan, Wyoming, and Bradford counties and has litigated matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having practiced before the courts of Allegheny, Centre, Tioga, Union, Snyder, Juniata, Northumberland, Columbia, Schuykill, Berks, Lehigh, Montour, and Northampton counties as well as the city of Philadelphia. We are also here to assist you with appeals; Mr. Hull has practiced before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Hull is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Community and Civic Involvement

One of the primary reasons that Mr. Hull founded this firm was to increase his involvement with the Central Pennsylvania community. He is an active member in the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Old Annville, on the Board of Trustees for the Lebanon County Historical Society, and on the Board of Directors for the Gretna Theatre. He is also a member of the Carlisle Fish & Game Association and the Palmyra Sportsmen’s Association.  Tucker also coaches youth soccer and is on the Board of Directors for the Annville-Cleona Youth Soccer Club.

Mr. Hull has also brought his litigation experience to bear on various pro bono matters over the years. Currently, the firm is working with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project on a Post-Conviction Relief Act matter. Mr. Hull also litigated and won the first case initiated under the 2013 Pennsylvania Costs of Care of Seized Animal Act, where he represented an animal rescue shelter in York County seeking to recoup costs from an individual convicted of animal cruelty. Mr. Hull also provided pro bono assistance through the Environmental Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association to appellants before the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.
